I’m a primary teacher dedicated to helping educators – just like you – save time and make your job easier and fun!

I started creating homework schedules, templates, charts, reading journals, and other resources for myself and my colleagues in 2000.

Since 2010, I’ve created reading guides and phonics resources because I know how frustrating it is to have to spend hours planning and going through manuals to figure out what needs to be taught.

I create practical resources that gives teachers back their time to be with their little learners!

For primary school educators trying to fit all of the required curriculum into their day.

For busy teachers that don’t have time to run off a bunch of worksheets to give to their students.

For teachers who want their students to have fun while learning the curriculum being presented.

10 fun facts about me

I was born, raised and currently live in the suburbs of Long Island, New York. Only 30 minutes away from NYC. 🗽

My parents are from the beautiful island of Dominican Republic and I was fortunate enough to visit throughout my life. It is part of the reason I love the sea, the sun, and travel. 🏝

I became a teacher because of my Kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Arkis. She made me feel loved and seen. 👩🏽‍🏫

I’m a Broadway fan thanks to my 7th grade music teacher. I’ve been to Broadway over 15 times.

I’ve been teaching first and second graders since 1999! ⭐️

I posted my first TpT resource in 2010 and made my first sale in 2011! 📚

I love all sorts of music. In alphabetical order because I simply could never choose: Bachata, Broadway, Country, Folk, Pop, Rap, Reggae, R&B, Rock, and Salsa. I could never list just one favorite artist or song but my go to artist for relaxing and getting centered is the incomparable Barbara Streisand! 🎶
